We have the honor to enclose, for information of His Excellency the Governor in Council, a statement of the quantity of Paddy land in the Wong-noi-chung Soo-Kun-poo Valleys, for which compensation is to be paid.
The size of the measurement which we recommend to be adopted (and by which the enclosure is calculated) is 100 Kowtsa or 121.88 English feet square, containing 14,854.7 square feet. There are therefore 2.93...
